Jason Mraz Live in KL; 4th March 2009

It was, hands down, the BEST concert I have ever been to. Jason Mraz is phenomenal. His voice and his presence (and also his hotness, hehe) are just absolutely beyond awesome. I just loved every minute of the concert and was almost about to burst into tears when he was expressing his gratitude, ending the show :)

We (My Aunt, Ayesha and I) arrived at Stadium Negara at around 8.00pm -due to the jam!!!!- and the place was PACKED. We got tickets for The Pitt which is the area right in front of the stage with free standng space :) So we got a pretty good spot on the right of the stage about three rows of people from it. After about forty-five minutes of standing, waiting and screaming Jason's name in the last 10 because this guy just decided to shout Jason! Jason! Jason!, so everybody followed, but oh well it was fun!

So when he finally came out, of course, AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
Scream Scream Scream! He wore a grey shirt with those khakhis or whatever you call them, his predictable, adorable, laid back attire, and of course, he is never without his hat :) He exuded enthusiasm and passion for what he does. He was BORN to be an entertainer, he is just amazing at imitating musical instruments, and he imitated the saxophone and the base for us that night! And he danced, OH the way he danced, boy is he hot :P He was cha-cha-ing and did all sorts of weird but cool dances! Wonderful :) Damn good.

AND OH OH OH, he also said thank you in different languages after he performed a song. First it was Merci, then Danke, then Arigato, then something then Terima Kasih!!!! After his 2 or 3 minute break, he came back on stage with this sleeveless I LOVE KL top which showed his arms that were, I'm sorry I'm using this word so much, but, HOT! hahahaha :) He's just an adorable person :) He's so talented, I love the way he plays his guitar or the ukelele, so effortless but the sound is awesome :)

He said things like:
" ...and as citizens of the earth are you feeling rotated? (while turning around)" or something along those lines; and " Don't let your mind stop you from having a good time" or something close to that if I remember wrongly, but I made myself listen to that, and I just let loose, and I ENJOYED EVERY BIT OF IT! JUMPING AND SCREAMING! Gosh it was amazing.

He performed songs like Make It Mine, Beautiful Mess, If It Kills Me, Butterfly ( I LOVE THIS SONG), I'm Yours, Lucky (featuring this chinese singer that ruined the song in my opinion, reallly -_-), The Remedy, You And I Both, Life is Wonderful, and Dynamo Of Volition. He showed us these simple but totally fun and awesome dance moves for Dynamo Of Volition, so, do ask me , and I'll show you! :) SO SO FUN!

Even though, by the end of the show, my straightened hair had returned to its natural curl because of my profuse sweating that left me soaking wet, as I said, Jason Mraz's concert, was the BEST concert I've ever been to, and the fact that he sounds exactly ther same live as he does on the cd makes it even better.

I LOVE JASON MRAZ, HE ROCKS :)

-I didn't record him singing much, because I wanted to ENJOY his songs, soak them up if you get what I mean, and not focus on getting a good video or picture of him, because the videos recorded and pictures taken are all stored in my mind :) That's the best camera you can get you know, your mind :)
